At Suryalogia, your satisfaction is important to us. We carefully select and package our wellness and supplement products to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The safety seal must remain intact.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used vitamins, supplements, weight management products, or other consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with broken or removed safety seals
- Items not in their original condition
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards, where applicable
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
Return Shipping
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Suryalogia, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please do not send any product back before contacting our customer support team and receiving return instructions.
